Medi cafwyd arddangosafa o gwiltiau wedi eu gwneud gyda peiriant pob maint, lliw a llun, diddorol iawn.

Yr oedd Angharad Hughes yn barod i rannu cyfrinachau ynglyn a’r gwaith cywrain ac yn egluro tarddiad yr enwau gwreiddiol. Diolch iddi am sesiwn diddorol.

Hydref cawsom sgwrs ddifyr gan Dr Gareth Jones am ei ymweliad i weld bywyd gwyllt diddorol Borneo. 

Bydd trip siopa Nadolig i Gaer ar Tachwedd 19 ed.

Clwb y Mynydd

At our September meeting we were treated to an exhibition of very beautiful examples of Machine Quilting and marvelled at the intricacies of the designs. From King Size Bed Covers to cushions and smaller items, it was fascinating.
Angharad Hughes was happy to share some of the secrets of coping with the detailed patterns and to explain their origins and names.

We all thoroughly enjoyed seeing and handling the beautiful works, and are very grateful to Angharad, who is always willing to come and talk to us of her many interests.

On October 15th we were given an excellent talk about the birds and animals of Borneo by Dr Gareth Jones who spent three weeks there.

At that meeting, arrangements were made for a shopping trip to Chester on November 19th.
