Gwella’r Neuadd Goffa

Dros y misoedd diwethaf mae Pwyllgor y Neuadd wedi cael arolwg ar yr adeilad ac wedi derbyn costau i’r rhestr o waith angenrheidiol. Mae’r gwaith yn cynnwys cegin newydd i ateb y gofynion safonau cyfreithiol diweddaraf a hefyd ystafelloedd newid a chawodfeydd.

Wrth i ni geisio cael grantiau i dalu am y gwaith mae’n bwysig i ni allu dangos i’r awdurdod sy’n rhoi y grantiau fod trigolion y pentref yn cefnogi’r gwaith ei fod o fydd i’r gymuned.

I ddatgan y gefnogaeth yma ac i gael y sefyllfa diweddara, bydd cyfarfod Nos Iau 9ed o Fehefin am 7.30 yn y Neuadd Goffa.

Bydd angen cymaint o bobl a phosib i fynychu’r cyfarfod oherwydd bydd cefnogaeth dda yn cryfhau ein cais. Dewch i gefnogi OS GWELWCH YN DDA.

Improving the Memorial Hall.

Over the past months the Hall committee have had the Hall surveyed and a list of work to be done costed. This work will include a new kitchen to meet current legally required standards and the provision of changing rooms and showers.

As we chase grants to pay for this work it is important that we can show the grant awarding organisations that the villagers of Mynydd support the refurbishment and that the work will be of benefit to the village generally.

To demonstrate this support and to get an update on our progress a meeting will be held on Thursday 9th June at 7.30 in the Memorial Hall. We need as many people as possible to turn up for this meeting as attendance will have a huge influence on our success, or otherwise! when trying to get grant aid so PLEASE come along on the night.

Without being able to demonstrate support from within our village we will not be successful and the Hall will continue to deteriorate at an ever faster rate.
